At Learn with Ian I treat your privacy with the utmost importance in order to comply with my legal obligations. I will only use your personal information to communicate with you during the enquiry process and/or once you have become a customer. Your information will be used for essential administration, communication and to maintain training records.

Information that I may keep about you include your name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, driving licence number and other information relevant to your driving lessons.

I will retain the above information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Your information will not be passed on to any third party without your specific consent, with the exception of the DVSA when test booking/swapping on your behalf and 'Total Drive', the app I use for my diary and your progress etc.

After successfully passing your driving test, I may ask you for permission to take your picture for display on social media and/or my website. In such instances I will only use your name, the picture, the test location, the number of faults incurred and whether it was your first test.
