Booking Terms & Conditions

In order to have driving lessons you must:

Be at least 17 years old (or 16 years old if you have the enhanced rate of the mobility component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

Hold a driving licence that is valid for the UK (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence).

Be able to meet the minimum eyesight requirement (read a number plate from 20 metres) using your glasses/contact lenses, if normally worn.

Fit to drive, free from the effects of alcohol, drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or any other condition that would cause your driving to be dangerous or illegal.
It is a legal requirement for me to ensure that your licence is valid prior to our first lesson
Payment & Refund Policy

Lesson payments should be made promptly, before your lesson. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.

Lesson prices may change over time. However, any lessons purchased before a price adjustment will be honoured at the original rate. While I can't guarantee future pricing, I make every effort to avoid increasing rates once you've started lessons.

If you choose to stop the driving lessons, any unused credit will be refunded at no additional charge. Please note that deductions will apply for any lessons cancelled within the 48-hour notice period. For security reasons, refunds will only be issued to the original payment card.
Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked driving lesson. Failure to do so may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Punctuality

If I arrive at the agreed pick-up location and there is no response, I will wait for approximately 10 minutes. After this time, the lesson will be considered missed, and the full lesson fee will be charged.
Tests

For safety reasons, I reserve the right to withdraw the use of my training vehicle for the driving test if I believe your driving is not yet at the required test standard.
Gift Vouchers

Your voucher is valid for 12 months and must be redeemed by the date shown.

Your voucher has no cash value and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Feedback & Complaints

If you're unhappy with the service I provide, please let me know - I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve any concerns. Where resolution isn't possible, a refund may be offered.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, it must be submitted by email, within 72 hours of the lesson.
